it can cause those symptoms. Was it from 240 extended release to 160 or 180 mg extended release? The palpatations can cause the weakness. Was the doseage decrease under the supervision of a dr? If so, I would call him and explain what is going on. You may need to alternate the 240 and 180 every other day. This may allowyour system to aclomate better to the change in dose. you need to do a couple of things. first, make sure the pharmacy filled it correctly. We are human but mistakes can happen. Just go to the pharmacy and ask them to double check the oeiganal prescription with what was dispensed. Second, if everything at the pharmacy, call these who wrote the prescription and ask what his reasoning was. Remember, you pay him therefore he works for you. You have all the right in the world to question it. Let him know what you are experiencing and ask if he can change you back or adjust the dose on this one. Let me know how it goes, Best of health, Mark

usually the decrease in dose would not cause the pain. You may need to get an xray or MRI of the lower back. Sounds like a pick nerve in the lumbar region that could be causing the hip/leg pain. Best of health, Mark
