I am currently taking 125 stalevo four times a day, .5 mirapex three times a day, 5mg selegiline twice a day, 100 mg amantadine twice a day. I have fairly good result with this combination, but still suffer some off time. Are these dosages reasonable? Any recommendation of adjustments in dosage that my help?

ROB, These are reasonable doses. One solution may be to increase the stalevo. A higher dose of the carbidopa/levodaopa along with the entacapone may limit the off time you experience. Another option may be to switch from selegine to azilect. Azilect is a once a day that may give you better coverage throughout the day. Best of health, Mark
