I have posted on the message board, but wanted to see if you had any input on b12 deficiency. Mine is low now- and I am wondering if there is a connection b/n that and pd or the meds. I am taking sinemet and mirapex.

I am also on Sinemet and Mirapex .. and have just been told I have a B12 deficiency..

my experience has shown that the sinemt can cause some b12 defiency. If the dr does not use b12 injections, I usually recommend the 2000 mg time release because it will last a good part of the day. What your body does not use the rest is excreted in the urine. The b12 will also give you some extra energy which isvslways a good thing. Best of health, Mark
