it is usually recommended that a person increase to 2 tablets of the 25/100 four times daily then adjusted accordingly. The dosing of this and most PD medications is a " start low and go slow" philosophy. Your body will tell you when you you need the mediaction and it should be evaluated on a patient by patient basis.
