dopamine agonists can have the side effect of weight gain and edema (water gain) in the feet, ankles, and legs. As far as the obsessive issues go, there is a "new" warning on the television ads for mirapex that if you experience any abnormal sexual or obsessive behavior, please contact your doctor immediatly. I think that speaks for itself. Also, if you read many of the posts on the message borad, you can make your own conclusion. I will tell you, please bring a friend or family member to your office visits, they will be able to have an objective opinion for the doctor. best of health,
