Hi Mark,

What's your take on Vitamin B6? I heard it helps reduce tremors and rigidity.

Thanks.

dd,

b6, as all b vitamins, can increase nerve conduction. thais may be more helpful with essential tremors than pd (dopamine deficient) tremors.

in turn, b6 when used in higher than recommended doses, can cause tremor and agitation. be careful.

I hear that B6 was contraindicated when taking certain medications like Levadopa as it interferes with absorption.

To make sure no interaction takes place, I always recommend that ALL supplements be separated from rx medications by at least 2 hours.
