PatientView is forwarding you this email from a UK-based healthcare research company, Opinion Health (OH), because we believe that your members will be interested in taking part in a survey that OH is conducting. We understand that OH is looking for people with Parkinson’s for the project, and that, for each person who takes part, OH will donate $30 to the patient/carer/ patient group nominated by that person. (Payment is conditional on completion of the survey.) The offer is being made on a first come first serve basis. But closes in three weeks time toward early July 2009. Kind regards, Louise Oatham Technical Manager, PatientView ----------------------------------------------------------- Request for people with Parkinson’s disease (or their carers) to give their opinions on Parkinson’s medicines Dear patient or carer, Opinion Health, a healthcare market research firm based in the UK, is asking people in the US with Parkinson’s disease (or their carers) if they would like to take part in a short online survey in which they can give their opinions on current medicines. If you are a carer, please feel free to take part in the survey on behalf of the person for whom you care. The survey aims to learn more about medicines and the importance of certain packaging features. The intention is to feed the results of this research into improving both the packaging and the information that is provided with medicines. The survey will take about 20 minutes of your time to complete.
If you qualify and complete the survey, a reward of $30 will be either paid to you or donated to a patient group of your choice. (At the beginning of the survey, you will be asked to specify your preferred recipient for the reward.)
All responses will be confidential, and all information given will be studied in aggregated form only.
