Carol, Best to check with a neurologist, but in my experience both Propanolol and Mysoline helped my tremor...so much so that I took it for seven years when Dr. diagnosed me with ET. Eventually, the meds didn't help as much- also keep in mind they only lessen tremor, not rigidity, slowness, or any other PD symptom. HTH, Laura

Hi brooksie,thanks 4 replyin,they dont seem 2 help my head tremor at all just my hands a bit and i cant increase them anymore im on max dosage,now im hav the other symptoms Ive been askin ppl on this about
