Hi Folks!! Does anybody experienced hair loss due to PD or medication (I'm on Mirapex)? Any remedy (ies)? Thanks Much..

I have terrible hair loss, but all drs assure me it's because of lupus not pd. I have to admit it hasn't changed since I started pd meds, so maybe their right.

I have also been experiencing hair loss, I'm taking Mirapex, too, but I sort of attributed it to my diet (a result of being nauseaus from the mirapex.) If anyone knows how to reverse hair loss, I would be in your debt.

Thank God ,thought it was just who was losing my hair .It started when my pd did 5-6 years ago but when i ask my docter he said it had nouthing to do with pd.
Dont feel so freaky now bad !
Having pd but bald aswell well thats jiust not fun!Pxxx

Have your docs check your thyroid levels. My dad has had to boost his and not only is all his hair growing back, it's coming back in dark like it used to be, not grey like it is now. Just a thought...

I had hair loss last year when I had increased my mirapex- I reduced it and added sinemet back in and hair loss stopped.
