I have a question for the ladies. Do any of you find that your symptoms are worse immediately prior to or during menstruation? ANd if so do you have any suggestions? It seems like every symptom I have is worse during that week.

Yes- that 10 days or so before af shows up are definitely worse. I don't know how to make it any better, I just try to exercise more and maybe take longer showers to help keep a bit looser. Great post and I hope we'll get some other responses that will give us some better ideas!

Yes, I am going through this right now. I am much more fatigued and also I find my cognitive function is more terrible than usual. Tremors are worse as is pain. All in all it is not great. I am 45 years old now and I am hoping for menopause! I just keep exercising and I try to get extra rest if possible. I really pay attention to eating super healthy all of the time which I am hoping helps with some of the symptoms. I don't know if there is a magic pill or anything because that would be great.
Take care,
Vienna

Thanks ladies - I too hope we can get more posts and see what works. The only thing I have found (and it sounds silly) is to stop drinking tea. Like iced tea, I don't know about hot tea. I know it sounds weird and I didn't believe it when I heard it either, but the pain subsides to almost nothing. Something about tea blocking iron absorbtion or something crazy like that. All I know is that it works. Hoping to hear more ideas, even the crazy ones. Give it a shot who knows...

I also find my symptoms worse during my menses. I find distracting myself with an enjoyable hobbie helps. For me I either get lot in a book, a T.V. show, or an arts and crafts project (like making handmade cards).
